As you can see, it's been a long, tough road to the final, but a day out at Montgomery Waters Meadow is just reward for a team who've had their fair share of ups-and-downs this season.

Round Two: Hampton School 6-0 St. Bernard's School
Round Three: St. Thomas the Apostle School 0-10 Hampton School
Round Four: The Palmer Catholic Academy 0-5 Hampton School
Round Five: Stoke Newington School & Sixth Form 2-8 Hampton School
Round Six: Southend High School for Boys 0-2 Hampton School
Quarter-final: The Bishop's Stortford High School 0-6 Hampton School
Semi-final: Gordon's School 4-5 Hampton School (AET)
Victory here would be Hampton's first ever ESFA triumph. Despite three ISFA Cup wins (in 1999, 2007 and 2012), the ESFA trophy has always eluded the 1st XI. Can they make history today? We'll find out in 45 minutes.
Over 700 Hampton pupils have made the trip up North to support their school, and they're already making huge amounts of noise from the stand.

It's been a formidable journey to get here, with nine rounds and seven away games, as well as a nail-biting semi-final last month against Gordon's School.
