The 2020 edition of the Hampton Sports Chronicle magazine has been published online.
Overseen by English teacher Mr Peter Smith, the pupil-led publication contains a wide range of features and reports from the Hampton sporting year, including a diary from the Senior Cricket Tour to India and an account of the First XV’s national semi-final, as well as interviews with Director of Sport Mr Carlos Mills and a number of alumni.
Hampton Sports Chronicle Editor, Lower Sixth Former Josh Bartholomew, said: “Producing the Hampton Sports Chronicle magazine has been a challenging yet thoroughly enjoyable process for the team. All of the pieces inside featured first on our website, but the magazine is a lovely celebration of the School’s sporting year.
“Since September, the team – which comprises all year-groups, from First Year to Upper Sixth – have written over 150 articles for the website, and it’s great to see some of them produced in print for the annual magazine, which has been published since 2005 as a commemoration of Hampton sport.”
